Who they are

Avian Brands is a leading Indonesian paint manufacturer that serves 56,000 stores through 139 distribution centers, moving around 15,000 deliveries a day.

What they set out to do

Avian wanted faster, more reliable deliveries from its 139 distribution centers, with routing, tracking and proof of delivery that cut cost and error across 15,000 daily deliveries.

The problem they were living with

Avian’s distribution network made fleet allocation and delivery routing hard to manage. Dispatch teams needed an overview of work in progress, while drivers needed clear tasks and a reliable way to record completed deliveries.

What it was costing them. A complex distribution network was producing delivery delays and inefficient fleet allocation, and manual routing errors by drivers disrupted timely delivery of paint and equipment to stores.

What changed

  1. Logistics costs reported 40% lower with AI route optimization
  2. Deliveries reported 20% faster with real-time routing
  3. Route effectiveness reported up 80% with smart assignments
  4. Fewer delivery errors with photo proof of delivery

Drivers confirm each handoff with a photo, so disputes and re-deliveries drop.

  5. Dispatchers plan ahead with predictive demand insights

Outcomes as recorded in the QuantumByte enterprise case-study portfolio (2025). The percentages are the engagement’s own reporting, not an independent audit.

Designed solutions

What we designed for Avian’s people.

Route optimization

Dispatchers get delivery paths that account for changing traffic conditions.

Smart order grouping

Orders are grouped and matched to suitable vehicles, so trucks leave with better loads.

Dispatcher dashboard

One logistics overview shows active work, completed tasks, driver activity and the day’s delivery status.

Driver task application

Drivers see a focused list of the deliveries assigned to them on their phone.

Digital proof of delivery

Photo-based confirmation gives operations an accountable record of every handoff.

Tracking and planning insights

Live delivery tracking and predictive demand insights support dispatch visibility and planning.

The workflow

How the work flows now.

  1. Group the work

Dispatchers collect orders and match the load to available vehicles.

  2. Plan the routes

Delivery paths are created from the operating conditions.

  3. Dispatch to drivers

Assignments go into the driver task workflow.

  4. Track execution

Dispatchers follow the delivery state from their view.

  5. Close the loop

Drivers record delivery evidence and the operational data feeds later planning.
