About

I’ve sat on your side of the table, and on the vendor’s.

I’m Kevin Pantasdo. For five years I ran a software company that delivered enterprise systems for clients in the US, Canada, Singapore and Indonesia. I know what it is like to be handed a specification with no one to ask, to present a demo that impressed but never became daily use, and to be the person the client calls when it does not work. That is why the way I work now looks the way it does.

Where the judgment comes from.

Engineering at Google, AI research at two universities, then a national emergency and a company of my own. Each chapter is dated and sourced.

2021 to 2026

Building Quantum.

I founded Quantum in November 2021 with $20K of personal investment and grew it to $3M in cumulative revenue, entirely bootstrapped. By spring 2026 the company had grown to 51 people and had delivered more than 40 enterprise applications, from logistics software for Avian to competency mapping for Telkomsel.

The founder years taught me the things a client actually pays for: a workflow that works on Monday, a straight answer when something is at risk, and a delivery plan that survives contact with the real organization. They also taught me what a demo cannot prove. I’m now on a career break from Quantum and working directly with teams, because the part I want to do is the hands-on part.

Public-service work

Where the stakes were national.

2020 · BNPB

Bersatu Lawan COVID

Indonesia’s national COVID-19 response needed one place where the public, frontline teams and government could see the same data and act on it. I built BLC, connecting task-force data with local risk and referral information, field-worker tools and a government dashboard. BNPB named me as its developer at the May 2020 launch. Personal work, before Quantum.

2024 · INA Digital

Indonesia’s government digital-services initiative

Through Quantum, I contributed to INA Digital and joined the launch-planning discussions documented in the Ministry of PANRB’s photo record. The lesson from that room shaped how I scope work now: name who decides, who accepts, and the smallest end-to-end outcome.

SelectUSA Indonesia winner

I led QuantumByte to win the U.S. Embassy’s 2026 Indonesia pitching competition. The judges tested the same things a client does: whether you understand the customer’s problem and can show evidence.
