Who they are

Indopol Survey is an Indonesian public-polling and research firm that collects data across the archipelago.

What they set out to do

To improve data validity, Indopol wanted to modernize polling with a digital survey app, geo-tracking of surveyors and dashboards that speed up nationwide insight.

The problem they were living with

Nationwide field research relied on manual collection and delayed consolidation. Surveyors and analysts needed connected information, ways to validate responses and visibility of progress while a survey was still running.

What it was costing them. Nationwide polling strained surveyors and caused delays. Paper-based collection and the lack of real-time data threatened both accuracy and timely insight.

What changed

  1. Survey completion time reported 90% shorter with digital tools
  2. Data validation reported up 80% through photo tracking
  3. Insights reported 85% faster with real-time dashboards
  4. Fewer errors with automated data sync
  5. Larger surveys run on the same workflow

Outcomes as recorded in the QuantumByte enterprise case-study portfolio (2025). The percentages are the engagement’s own reporting, not an independent audit.

Designed solutions

What we designed for Indopol’s people.

Digital survey collection

Surveyors replace paper collection with structured entries in the app.

Photo validation

Photo-supported submissions add evidence to each collected response.

Location verification

Geo-tracking lets supervisors oversee field activity and protect data integrity.

Central synchronization

Field results synchronize to a common dashboard for current visibility.

Dynamic configuration

Analysts adapt the survey configuration to different questionnaires and research needs.

Excel export

Export workflows support analysis and handling of larger survey datasets.

The workflow

How the work flows now.

  1. Configure the survey

Analysts define the questionnaire and collection requirements.

  2. Collect in the field

Surveyors submit structured entries and supporting photos.

  3. Validate the collection

Supervisors use location and evidence to review the field activity.

  4. Follow the results

Analysts monitor synchronized responses from a central dashboard.

  5. Export for analysis

The team moves the collected dataset into its reporting workflow.
